Dental Trade Alliance Foundation Opens Applications for $25,000 Grants to Support Innovative Oral Health Projects
The Dental Trade Alliance Foundation announced that applications are now open for its 2026 grant program, offering $25,000 awards to nonprofit organizations advancing innovative solutions to improve access to oral healthcare.
The program invites nonprofits to submit proposals for pilot projects designed to expand care to underserved populations, with a focus on ideas that are innovative, sustainable, and scalable. Guided by its mission to enable access to, empower personal ownership of, and increase utilization of oral healthcare, the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation continues to invest in initiatives that drive meaningful impact in communities across the country.
“We’re continually inspired by the creativity and dedication of organizations working to improve oral health access,” said Jackie Michaels, Managing Director of the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation. “Through this grant program, we’re looking to support bold, forward-thinking ideas that can make a lasting difference. This year we’re especially interested in projects serving children’s oral health.”
Proposals will be evaluated by the Foundation’s Grants Committee based on three primary criteria:
- Innovation
- Sustainability and scalability
- Impact on access to oral healthcare for underserved populations
While applications are open to projects serving any underserved group, the Foundation has identified children’s oral health as a key area of focus for 2026 and encourages applicants to highlight how their proposed project supports this priority.
